2026 Registrations
Registrations are required by FRI 20 FEB 26 for team nomination purposes.
ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS
This MUST be redeemed PRIOR to completing the full registration process.
DO NOT register and pay "Full Fees" then attempt to seek reimbursement.
Steps:
1) Register as "Rego component only" / "Part Payment"
2) Email your AKV to pmhha_president@hotmail.com with your Kids full name, DOB, and competition that they will play in (eg Hi2H / HH / U12s / U14s / U16s)
3) PMHHA will redeem your voucher(s) then issue you an Invoice for the outstanding amount.
Fees Explained:
Registration fees include multiple components:
- Hockey Australia Affiliation fee / Insurances
- Hockey NSW Affiliation fee / Insurances
- PMHHA Affiliation / Admin fee
- Club fees
- *Winter Competition Fees to be issued by PMHHA
Registration Types
“REGO COMPONENT ONLY"
- This covers the mandatory insurances and affiliation fees for all players
- This is only a PART PAYMENT, with an additional invoice for club and competition fees to be issued later in the season.
- Use of this registration meets the conditions of entry for field use
“COMPETITION / FULL FEES”
- This covers you for a full year affiliation fees / insurances, club fees and Winter Comp playing fees
Registration Process
Step 1: Please select "Returning Member" or "New Member" via the buttons
Step 2: Fill in your details
Step 3: select your registration type
Step 4: Fill out the rest of the form
Step 5: Pay by credit card.
NATIONAL ID NUMBER
If you registered in pervious years, your State / National ID number will be listed on your registration email.
